炎炎夏季,氣溫隨之(zhi)增高,易發生(sheng)傳染病、食(shi)(shi)物(wu)中毒等食(shi)(shi)品(pin)安全問題,為(wei)此(ci)東下(xia)關收費站精心部署,為(wei)給全站員工提供一(yi)(yi)個干凈整潔、溫馨有序(xu)的就餐環境(jing),8月3日,東下(xia)關收費站食(shi)(shi)堂(tang)工作人(ren)員齊(qi)上(shang)陣,對食(shi)(shi)堂(tang)餐廳及后廚進行(xing)了全面(mian)徹底的衛(wei)生(sheng)大掃(sao)除,使食(shi)(shi)堂(tang)環境(jing)煥然一(yi)(yi)新。

活(huo)動中食(shi)堂(tang)內一(yi)片熱火(huo)朝(chao)天(tian),工(gong)(gong)(gong)作人員從(cong)餐(can)廳(ting)到廚房、桌椅板凳、消毒(du)(du)柜、留(liu)樣(yang)柜等進(jin)(jin)行了(le)(le)徹底的(de)清(qing)理,大家仔細清(qing)洗(xi)了(le)(le)油煙管道、冰箱、工(gong)(gong)(gong)作臺、貨(huo)架(jia),用(yong)鋼(gang)絲球清(qing)除了(le)(le)地(di)面(mian)的(de)頑固污漬(zi),將死角(jiao)、盲(mang)區進(jin)(jin)行了(le)(le)徹底清(qing)理。經過幾(ji)個小時(shi)的(de)努力,使餐(can)廳(ting)及(ji)操(cao)作間(jian)各(ge)處潔(jie)凈(jing)如新。最后值班站(zhan)長(chang)要求:必須做好衛(wei)生(sheng)管理工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,食(shi)堂(tang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作人員要穿戴清(qing)潔(jie)的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作衣、帽上崗操(cao)作,每日對地(di)面(mian)、灶臺、炊具、餐(can)具等進(jin)(jin)行清(qing)洗(xi)消毒(du)(du),垃(la)圾桶(tong)及(ji)時(shi)處理并消毒(du)(du),防止細菌滋(zi)生(sheng)引(yin)起的(de)食(shi)物中毒(du)(du),同(tong)時(shi)要收(shou)費站(zhan)加大對食(shi)堂(tang)衛(wei)生(sheng)進(jin)(jin)行抽(chou)(chou)查并對抽(chou)(chou)查結果進(jin)(jin)行考(kao)核,為員工(gong)(gong)(gong)營造健康的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作生(sheng)活(huo)環境。
