為持續提高服務質量,加強收(shou)費(fei)(fei)人(ren)員紀律管(guan)理,順平南收(shou)費(fei)(fei)站嚴格(ge)執(zhi)行收(shou)費(fei)(fei)班組崗(gang)前動員及崗(gang)后總結會議等程序,從細節抓起,增強班組的(de)凝(ning)聚力和向心力,培養(yang)高素質職工隊伍。
首先,嚴(yan)格執行崗前(qian)(qian)(qian)動員(yuan)(yuan),規范“崗前(qian)(qian)(qian)三分鐘”制度(du)。在(zai)接班前(qian)(qian)(qian),收(shou)(shou)費班長需提(ti)前(qian)(qian)(qian)十分鐘在(zai)宿(su)辦樓大廳集合本(ben)(ben)班組收(shou)(shou)費員(yuan)(yuan),確保崗前(qian)(qian)(qian)講(jiang)評時間充(chong)(chong)裕。班長們根據本(ben)(ben)班實際情況,合理分配(pei)收(shou)(shou)費、發卡等(deng)崗位人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan),并對(dui)員(yuan)(yuan)工的(de)崗前(qian)(qian)(qian)儀表、著裝、工號牌、工作(zuo)(zuo)記錄本(ben)(ben)、票款箱等(deng)進行細(xi)致檢(jian)查(cha)。崗前(qian)(qian)(qian)講(jiang)評內容涵(han)蓋當前(qian)(qian)(qian)收(shou)(shou)費政策、車(che)流情況分析、安全(quan)防(fang)范要(yao)點(dian)等(deng),對(dui)工作(zuo)(zuo)行為規范、安全(quan)生(sheng)產、崗位紀律提(ti)出明確要(yao)求。之后,值班站長對(dui)班組崗前(qian)(qian)(qian)動員(yuan)(yuan)進行補充(chong)(chong)講(jiang)評,以(yi)加強崗前(qian)(qian)(qian)動員(yuan)(yuan)工作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)監督和(he)指導。
其次,落實崗后總(zong)結會(hui),推動班(ban)(ban)組精細化管理。接班(ban)(ban)后,下班(ban)(ban)班(ban)(ban)組在值班(ban)(ban)站(zhan)長的(de)帶領下,齊(qi)聚會(hui)議室進(jin)(jin)(jin)行總(zong)結。當班(ban)(ban)班(ban)(ban)長對本班(ban)(ban)次工(gong)作(zuo)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行詳盡的(de)總(zong)結講(jiang)評,重(zhong)點內容包括(kuo)應對突(tu)發事件、處理非正常情況(kuang)、安全生產、確保(bao)交(jiao)通(tong)暢通(tong)、工(gong)作(zuo)紀(ji)律(lv)等方面(mian)。值班(ban)(ban)站(zhan)長針對工(gong)作(zuo)中出(chu)現的(de)問題提出(chu)改(gai)進(jin)(jin)(jin)意見,并督促限(xian)時(shi)整改(gai),有效(xiao)提升(sheng)收(shou)費(fei)人員的(de)紀(ji)律(lv)意識和(he)工(gong)作(zuo)責任心,確保(bao)收(shou)費(fei)工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)扎實有效(xiao)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行。
